In January-March, Ukraine decreased scrap procurement by 60% YoY, to 222.6 thousand tons.
Domestic deliveries of scrap to metal plants dropped by 60.8%, to 207.7 thousand tons.
Exports grew 5.7-fold, to 40.3 thousand tons, while imports fell from 0.1 thousand tons to 0.05 thousand tons.
Scrap stocks decreased to the December 2022 level of 10-15 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
