Kametstal has shipped a batch of granulated blast furnace slag in the amount of 19 thousand tons to a customer from Poland.
“Metal products are the economical support of Ukraine. And even the secondary product can bring the company additional profit,” the company said on Facebook.
More than 285 railroad cars have already arrived at the destination.
Kametstal used to ship slag abroad, but had to suspend shipping due to war.
In autumn the situation with logistics improved, so Kametstal hopes for the resumption of stable sales of secondary raw materials to Europe. (Ukrainian metal)
