In March, Kametstal produced first batch of railroad carriage axles in the amount of 2.957 thousand pieces at the order of carriage-building plants of Ukraine.
At present, the company is using alternative ways to get steel billets to produce axles, previously used to be received from Azovstal.
The total weight of the first batch is 1.6 thousand tons.
Last year, Kametstal produced 3.5 thousand tons of carriage axles. (Ukrainian metal)
