Smart Holding N.V. (the Netherlands) has gained direct control over a minority share in Inter Activ LLC, which in May purchased a special permit to develop the Zalesy-Shmenki copper ore deposit in Volyn region.
On September 22, the company bought 24.99% in the LLC.
“Inter Activ has made an additional issue to increase its statutory capital and Smart Holding paid the corresponding amount, thus doubling the capital from 84.5 thousand UAH to 169 thousand UAH,” Natalya Vinnitskaya, the director of the IF Smart investment fund, has reported.
Another 24.99% is owned by Misandaiko Holdings Ltd, Cyprus, and 0.02% – by Malakhit Dobycha LLC, Kyiv. (Ukrainian metal)
