Shareholders of Stalkanat-Silur have decided to pay dividends in the amount of 65.73 million UAH using the profit for January-April.
The decision was taken at the extraordinary meeting on July 19.
The dividends will be paid from August 11 till February 11, 2023.
The shareholders have also approved the purchase of raw materials valued at 1.26 billion UAH from Metinvest-SMC. (Ukrainian metal)
