Each day, 70 to 80 people apply to the ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih personnel department. They are both local citizens and internally displaced persons.
4 IDPs have already been hired, with 11 more preparing the necessary documents. Most of them are from Kherson, Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
The IDPs are given constant jobs as well as temporary jobs in place of the mobilized employees. (Ukrainian metal)
