In January-February, ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih increased rolled metal output by 6.7% YoY, to 800 thousand tons.
Steel manufacture went up by 12%, to 870 thousand tons, and pig iron – by 5.7%, to 930 thousand tons.
In early March, AMKR had to suspend operation due to war.
In Q1, the company produced 860 thousand tons of rolled metal, down by 25%, 930 thousand tons of steel, down by 22.5%, and 1 million tons of pig iron, down by 27%. (Ukrainian metal)
