Metinvest has provided around 2 thousand jobs at its enterprises in Kriviy Rih, Zaporozhye and Kamenskoye for Mariupool citizens who have been able to evacuate from the besieged city.
“Since the end of February, due to the military activity and constant shelling, the operation of Metinvest enterprises in Mariupol has been suspended. Our colleagues were forced to leave the city. They have left their homes and their jobs. And Metinvest has found new jobs for them,” the group said.
So far, around 13 thousand employees of Metinvest have been able to evacuate from Mariupol. (Ukrainian metal)
