From March 1, Metinvest will increase wages at all its enterprises.
This year, expenses on labor payments will grow by 10%.
Moreover, from April 1 some employees will receive additional payments of 5% of 25% from their salary.
Metinvest claims that its wages are 5-8% higher than their competitors’. As of February, the average salary at Metinvest enterprises is 22 thousand UAH, 8% more then in the industry and 26% more than the average in the country. (Ukrainian metal)
