In January-September, Irkutsk region extracted 18 tons of gold, down by 7.1% YoY.
Ore gold amounted to 10.73 tons, down by 7.6% YoY.
Polyus Verninskoye yielded the most gold – 6.69 tons, up by 7.6%. At the same time, Vysochaishiy decreased output by 26.4%, to 3.4 tons.
Alluvial gold output dropped by 6.4%, to 7.27 tons, with Lenzoloto accounting for over a half – 3.75 tons, up by 3%.
This year, the region intends to extract 25.679 tons of gold. (Ukrainian metal)
