In January-August, Amur region yielded 13.191 tons of gold, down by 16% YoY.

Ore gold accounted for 8.81 tons and alluvial gold – for 4.37 tons.

The decrease is due to a drop in output at three Petropavlovsk mines. In particular, Pokrovskiy mine produced 2,068 kg of gold, down by 17%, Malomyrskiy Mine LLC – 2,933 kg, down by 6%, and Albynskiy Mine LLC – 472.3 kg, down 6-fold.

At the same time, Petropavlovsk has started developing a new site – the Elginskoye deposit near the Albyn mine. In 8 months, TEMI LLC produced 1406.5 kg of gold.

Berezitoviy Mine LLC of Nordgold produced 1234.7 kg of gold, up by 2%, and Priisk Solovievskiy – 843.7 kg of alluvial gold, down by 5%, and 700.5 kg of ore gold, up by 1%.

This year, output is planned at 23.5 tons. (Ukrainian metal)
