On August 5, the state enterprise Vostochniy Mining and Processing Works received 30 million UAH from Energoatom to clear debts for electricity consumption.

The funds were transferred to electricity suppliers.

During the past two weeks, all the auxiliary departments of the Zholtye Vody site were cut off grid for a week.

On August 5, there was a possibility of the whole VostGOK being cut off grid. But thanks to the negotiations with the Ministry of energy and Energoatom, it was possible to avoid shutting down the enterprise providing jobs to almost 5 thousand people. (Ukrainian metal)
