In June, Zaporizhstal produced 340.2 thousand tons of pig iron, down by 7.1% YoY.
Steel output amounted to 329.2 thousand tons, up by 6%, and rolled metal – 278 thousand tons, up by 6.8%.
The decrease in pig iron manufacture is due to the capital repairs of the blast furnace No. 4.
In January-June, Zaporizhstal produced 2184.2 thousand tons of pig iron, up by 1.1%, 1987.7 thousand tons of steel, up by 9.4%, and 1685 thousand tons of rolled metal, up by 8.8%. (Ukrainian metal)
