In January-April, Ferrexpo decreased shipments of iron ore raw materials to seaports via railroad by 26.3% YoY, to 0.5 million tons.

At the same time, sales to the EU grew by 40.8%, to 1.2 million tons.

In particular, the Zolotnishino station shipped 3.7 million tons of iron ore, down by 13.1%. The main volume was sent to the port of Pivdenniy via the Beregovaya station (115.5 thousand tons, -91.8%) and the Chernomorskaya station (2.4 million tons, +20.5%).

Less was shipped to the European Union via the following stations: Batyevo – 305.7 thousand tons (+1.6%), Izmail – 353.9 thousand tons (+84.5%), Chop – 496.1 thousand tons (+66.9%) and Uzhgorod – 14.5 thousand tons (-64.9%). (Ukrainian metal)
