In January-March, Uzbekistan Iron and Steel Works produced 236.38 thousand tons of electric steel, up by 2.1% from the target.
Rolled metal output totaled 249.4 thousand tons, including 43.9 thousand tons produced in the shop No. 1, of which 42.8 thousand tons were milling balls. The shop No. 2 produced 200.2 thousand tons of bars. StPZ wire rod output amounted to 2749 tons and 5.5-16 mm wire rod – 2537 tons.
Ferroalloys manufacture exceeded the target by 5.1%. (Ukrainian metal)
