Trans-Siberian Gold Plc (TSG) intends to increase average annual gold output in Kamchatka 2-fold, to 2.8 tons.

The increase will be due to the commission of the second mine at the Asachinskoye deposit node No. 25, as well as the development of the Rodnikovoye deposit.

The second mine will be put into operation in 2020. Investments in the construction amount to 1.2 billion rubles, with 225 million rubles already spent.

Until the end of the year some 40 thousand tons of ore will be mined, and until 2023-2024 the output will reach 200 thousand tons.

Rodnikovoye deposit is expected to yield 2 tons of gold and 15 tons of silver. Investments will amount to 13 billion rubles. Over 800 jobs will be created.

Last year, TSG produced 1.35 tons of gold, while in the first half of the current year – 533 kg. (Ukrainian metal)
