In January-August, Ukraine decreased ferrous metals export revenue by 18.3% YoY, to $5.1 billion.
According to the customs statistics, in August Ukraine exported $633.9 million worth of ferrous metals, up by 2.5% MoM.
The share of ferrous metals in the exports structure amounted to 16.7% as opposed to 19.1% in January-August 2019.
Imports decreased by 23.9%, to $652.2 million, with $93.8 million imported in August. (Ukrainian metal)
