The largest manufacturer of coking coal in Ukraine – the Pokrovskoye Mine Group – will not pay dividends for 2019, even though it has received a net profit of 925.01 million UAH.
The annual shareholders meeting will be held on October 6 instead of April 23.
The shareholders have to consider making a settlement deal with creditors.
Undistributed profit as of late 2019 totaled 2.636 billion UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
