In the first half of the year, Ukrzaliznytsia put up 160.65 thousand tons of scrap for sale at the ProZorro auctions.
Of them, 104.7 thousand tons valued at $433.2 million tons were sold.
Of 11 auctions held on June 23, 4 have been successful. All the lots – 18 thousand tons of scrap valued at 76 million UAH – were purchased by Metinvest-Resource.
In June, the company auctioned 78.85 thousand tons of scrap valued at 274.9 million UAH and was able to sell 52.8 thousand tons for 214.6 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
