In 2019, Pobuzhye Ferronickel Plant decreased ore processing by 5.4% YoY, to 1.353 million tons.
This equals to 74.4 thousand tons of ferronickel of ore raw materials (-3.3%) or 14.2 thousand tons of nickel (-10.2%).
The main reason of the decrease is the operation at low capacity after repairs.
This year the company intends to process 1.335 million tons of ore and receive 70.6 thousand tons of ferronickel or 15.1 thousand tons of nickel. (Ukrainian metal)
