In January, Russia exported 1.5 thousand tons of copper wire rod, down by 28% MoM, but up by 6% YoY.

Price grew from $5.8 to $5.9 per kg.

Deliveries to Egypt dropped more than 2-fold, to 1.5 thousand tons, to Kuwait – by 27%, to 7.9 thousand tons, and to Belarus – by 36%, to 778 tons.

In 2019, exports totaled 144.2 thousand tons, down by 11% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
