The Polymetal board of directors has suggested paying 2019 dividends in the amount of $0.42 per share ($197 million).
This amounts to 50% of net profit for H2 2019.
The overall dividends for 2019 amount to $0.82 per share ($385 million).
The payment of dividends should be approved at the shareholders meeting on April 27.
In case of approval, the dividends will be paid on May 29. (Ukrainian metal)
