The Supreme Court has refuted the cassation of the Yuzhniy Mining and Processing Works and supported the decision of the Commercial Court of Dniepropetrovsk region and the Central Commercial Court of Appeals to recover 1.3 billion UAH from the company in favor of Spirit Finance LLC.
In September 2017 the UGOK shareholders decided to pay dividends of 16.16 billion UAH (10.16 UAH per ordinary share).
But the company failed to pay dividends to some shareholders in time.
In May 2018 they transferred their rights of 1.17 billion UAH to Spirit Finance LLC. (Ukrainian metal)
