In November 2019, Russia exported 29.5 thousand tons of ferrosilicon, down by 9% MoM, but up by 41% YoY.

Deliveries to Turkey dropped from 4.7 thousand tons to 3 thousand tons, and to Japan – by 18%, to 10.4 thousand tons.

At the same time sales to Korea and the Netherlands grew by 10% and by 23%, to 4.5 and 7.6 thousand tons respectively.

In 11 months of 2019, exports totaled 336 thousand tons, down by 14% YoY.

In monetary terms exports have decreased by 21%.

Price in November 2019 dropped from $1165 to $1158 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
