In November 2019 Russia imported 74 thousand tons of manganese ore and concentrate, down by 33% MoM and by 51% YoY.
Deliveries from the South Africa dropped from 66.2 thousand tons to 29.5 thousand tons, and from Kazakhstan – more than 2-fold, to 3.8 thousand tons.
At the same time purchases in Gabon increased by 50%, to 40.2 thousand tons.
In 11 months imports totaled 994 thousand tons, down by 13% YoY.
In monetary terms since the start of 2019 imports have decreased by 27%. (Ukrainian metal)
