The strategic plan of the Murmansk region presupposes implementation of 3 metallurgical projects with the total amount of investments at 89 billion rubles.
In particular, a hydrometallurgical works and a mining and processing works to manufacture lithium will be constructed for 12 billion rubles.
A GOK at the Fedorova tundra deposit will cost 60 billion rubles, and an integrated chemical and metallurgical complex on the basis of the Afrikandovskoye rare-earth metals deposit will cost 17 billion rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
