The arbitrary court of the Central district has not satisfied the cassation appeal of the Lipetsk power company on recovery of 415.34 million rubles of electricity debt from the Svobodniy Sokol Iron and Steel Works from May 2013 till March 2015.

In 2013 Svobodniy Sokol and the Lipetsk Power-selling Company (LESK) concluded an agreement on the delivery of electricity. At the same time power company did not send invoices to the work saying that the agreement could only become valid with the latter clearing its debt, even though it did not have anything to do with LESK.

In 2018 the arbitrary court of the Lipetsk region dismissed the power company claim, saying that Svobodniy Sokol was paying for electricity despite the absence of invoices. (Ukrainian metal)
