The floatation department has been commissioned at the Abashevskaya central processing factory, which will allow processing coal with the fraction of 0 mm.
Two floatation machines, two filter presses, pumps, compressors and other equipment have been assembled at the department.
The floatation process has helped increase ash content in waste from 20% to 45%. In future the content is planned to reach 80%.
A new chamber filter press has been assembled at the Kuznetskaya factory processing shop. The new machine filters moisture from concentrate with the speed of 30 tons per hour, up 2-fold compared with the capacity of the 2 outdated vacuum filters.
