In September output increased by 1.5% MoM and by 0.7% YoY.
According to the Federal Service of State Statistics, rolled metal manufacture in 9 months totaled 46.1 million tons, down by 0.4% YoY.
In September output dropped by 5.2% MoM and by 2% YoY.
