Perzhanskaya Ore Company LLC has for the second time entered information on its plans to start mining beryllium at the Perzhanskoye deposit in Zhytomir region in the Environment impact registry.

The company states that the total size of the deposit is 402.7 ha, and the expected capacity of the mines is 200 thousand tons of ore per year with the average content of 8.5%.

The beryllium will be mined near the Perga village. The deposit is partially on the territory of the Polesye reserve.

In March 2018 the company announced its first plans to develop the deposit, but in a month gave back. In April 2019 it entered information into the registry. (Ukrainian metal)
