During the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok the Pokrovsky Autoclave Hydrometallurgical Plant will be commissioned.
The enterprise will be the third in the country and the largest by capacity.
Priamurie region is the third largest gold extractor in Russia. But most of the gold deposits are already depleted, so it was decided to switch to the autoclave method.
At present the mine has 4 autoclaves. Two of them are operating in a test mode. The enterprise will reach its full capacity in September.
During the first day the enterprise will process 1370 tons of concentrate, up 2-fold compared with a hydrometallurgical autoclave in Amursk. (Ukrainian metal)
