In January-June the sea trade port St. Petersburg transshipped 3.5 million tons of cargo, down by 7% YoY.
Ferrous metals throughput dropped by 26%, to 1.5 million tons.
The decrease is due to the drop of exports.
At the same time non-ferrous metals throughput increased by 20%, to 0.705 million tons.
Throughput of scrap remained unchanged at 0.43 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
