In January-May, Ukraine exported $4.068 billion worth of ferrous metals, down by 8.3% YoY.

According to the State Fiscal Service, ferrous metals accounted for 19.47% of all export revenue as opposed to 22.81% last year.

In May ferrous metals export revenue was $888.2 million.

In 5 months Ukraine decreased ferrous metals imports by 5.5%, to $493. 378 million, with $117.99 million imported in May.

Moreover, in January-May metal wares exports dropped by 2.3%, to $434.268 million, with $90.749 million exported in May. Imports grew by 29.8%, to $446.706 million ($102.759 million in May). (Ukrainian metal)
