Tula-Steel intends to start producing steel in late May.
The company has plans to enter foreign markets of billets.
“Sales volumes will depend on the market situation. But the billets will not be our priority. In the first place we will concentrate on the manufacture of rolled metal”, the company noted.
Tula-Steel can export some 50 thousand tons of billets per month. (Ukrainian metal)
