A plant to produce tool steel is under construction in the Yurino hamlet in Mariy El.
The company is being created under a priority project of investment cooperation between the republic and Chinese regions. Investments are estimated at some $5 million, with 80 million rubles already spent.
The design capacity of the plant will be 5 thousand tons of steel per year.
The construction is expected to be completed in mid-2021. (Ukrainian metal)
