The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has punished the TAS Group of Companies belonging to Sergey Tigipko for 55 million UAH for buying Dneprometiz without the committee’s consent.
The committee has studied the case of TAS taking control of Dneprometiz and violating the competitiveness legislation.
Thus, the committee has denied Tigipko buying Dneprometiz.
Severstal sold Dneprometiz to TAS in October 2017. (Ukrainian metal)
