The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has allowed Dneprometiz TAS LLC buying the Nail company, one of the largest manufacturers of nails.
The decision was taken on December 28, 2023.
The TAS Group announced its decision to buy the company in early 2022, before the Russian full-scale invasion.
