Pobuzhye Ferronickel Plant has overcome the negative personnel dynamics by increasing salary by 38% in H2 2018.
“In December 2018 we hired 11 people more than resigned. The people started returning to the plant”, the company CEO Oleg Bespalov said.
Earlier a part of the employees moved to the neighboring Poland to seek jobs.
The company authorities plan to further increase wages.
“Last year our average salary was 9347 UAH, this year it will grow to 10800 UAH. We’ll start increasing it from H2”, he said.
Because of the wage increase, taxes to the budget also grew.
In 2018 PFK increased taxes payments to the budget by 23.7%, to 90.3 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
