Energomashspetsstal is finishing the work on the international order to produce and supply billets to be used in the manufacture of reactor machinery for the Akkuyu NPP in Turkey.
A delegation of the Turkish Nuclear Energy Agency visited the company on March 20-22.
The experts inspected the billets and discussed the manufacturing process.
All in all 4 shells with the combined weight of 215 tons have been inspected and approved.
The agreement to supply some 1280 tons of bulk billets for the NPP was signed in 2015.
At present EMSS is manufacturing 10 more billets. They will be shipped in June. (Ukrainian metal)
