Rusburmash has started prospecting works at the site of the future uranium mine No. 6 of the Argunskoye and Zherlovoye deposits.
The project is expected to provide the nuclear industry with raw materials and keep jobs at the largest uranium-mining enterprise of Russia – the Priargunskoye manufacturing mining and chemical enterprise named after Slavskiy.
Rusburmash is to drill four shafts with the combined volume of 2028 meters.
At present there are construction works at the site.
The first stage of the mine should be put into operation in 2023. (Ukrainian metal)
