The net profit of the Russian titanium giant VSMPO-Avisma fell by 1.8%, to 18.789 billion rubles in 2018, as calculated under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), the company said in a report March 4.

Revenue increased by 23%, to 89.1 billion rubles, gross profit rose by 31%, to 40.1 billion rubles, and sales profit grew by 39.6%, to 31.8 billion rubles.

The cost of sales increased by 17.1%, to 48.97 billion rubles.

Long-term liabilities grew by 22.7%, to 85.86 billion rubles as of the end of 2018. Short-term liabilities rose by 18.7%, to 28 billion rubles. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
