Since the start of the year and as of February 18, the largest coal miner in Sakhalin – Solntsevsky Coal Pit LLC has extracted 900 thousand tons of coal.
The enterprise is operating at the Solntsevskoye deposit. Extraction is carried out at two sites – Yuzhniy-1 and Yuzhniy-2.
This year the company intends to mine at least 10 million tons of coal.
In 2018, 7.469 million tons of coal were extracted. (Ukrainian metal)
