In 2018 Evraz decreased steel output by 7.3% YoY, to 13 million tons.
The main reason of the decrease was the sale of Evraz DMZ in March 2018, as well as a drop of output at Evraz ZSMK due to the capital repair of the blast furnace No. 3 in August-December 2018 and an accident at the Evraz NTMK blast furnace No. 3 in August 2018.
Semi-finished products sales dropped by 18%.
Coking coal output went up by 3.8%, to 24.2 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
