In 2018 Ukraine decreased rolled metal exports by 1.17% YoY, to 14.415 million tons.
78.5% of all rolled metal manufactured last year were exported.
In 2017 the share was 79.6% (14.59 million tons out of 18.33 million tons).
Semi-finished products accounted for 43.64% or 6.291 million tons (43.14% last year).
The share of flat metal was 34.89% or 5.03 million tons (33.1%), and of bars – 21.47% or 3.094 million tons (23.76%).
The main importers of Ukrainian rolled metal were EU countries (34.2%), Africa (16.3%) and other European countries including Turkey (12.8%). (Ukrainian metal)
