In January-November 2018 the share of metal and wares in the overall import structure grew to 7.2% from 7.9% last year.

In particular, in imports from far foreign countries their share increased to 5.9% from 5.7%, and from CIS countries – to 17.6% from 16.8%.

According to the Federal Customs Service, in money terms imports grew by 10.1%, and in volume – by 3.5%.

Ferrous metals imports increased by 3.9%, but pipes dropped by 24%, and rolled iron and unalloyed steel by 4.5%. (Ukrainian metal)
