Metinvest has gathered all the 100% of Central Mining and Processing Works shares.
As of December 31, 2018 Metinvest B. V. share in the statutory capital of CGOK grew from 49.751% to 50%, and taking into account the share of Metinvest Management B. V. (50%), the group consolidated 100%.
