The Novosibirsk subsidiary of the First Cargo Company in November increased ferrous metals scrap deliveries to 41.3 thousand tons (680 cars). Evraz ZSMK has started building a new electricity substation with the capacity of 252 megawatt. It will cover the needs of the plant taking into account some major development projects.
