Raw copper and copper alloys exports in January-September dropped by 6% money-wise and by 17% volume-wise, all YoY.

In 10 months Kazakhstan mined 85.5 million tons of copper ores, up by 5.4% YoY, 10.4 million tons of copper concentrate, up by 10.9%, and 4.1 million tons of copper-zinc ores, down by 1.7%.

Kazakhstan is the 7th largest copper miner in the world, with 92% of copper exported.

Copper processing in 10 months was 363.6 thousand tons, up by 3.8%. (Ukrainian metal)
