This summer the State Property Fund announced the privatization of the Zaporozhye Aluminum Works state share.
It was supposed to sell 68% in H2, but the privatization procedure is not going very fast.
The state owns 68.0095% of ZALK shares, or 423,514,923 shares.
A special auction commission has been created to sell the shares. It will have to determine the initial price and develop the conditions of privatization.
Earlier the ZALK state share was estimated at 278 million UAH.
ZALK was the only primary aluminum producer in Ukraine.
In January-September its net loss was 106.5 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
