In September Russia exported 9.6 thousand tons of corrosion-resistant steel scrap valued at $11 million, down by 13.6% and by 1.7% YoY respectively.

In January-September exports grew by 21.5% YoY, to 83.5 thousand tons valued at $93 million, up by 40%.

According to the customs statistics, volume-wise this is the largest result for the past years, and money-wise – since 2013.
